<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device designed such that even if the rotating time of a supply roller driven by a stepping motor is very short, an amount of toner supplied to a developing section is stable and precise; and to provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The stepping motor 130 is controlled such that when the rotating time of the supply roller 92 is shorter than a prescribed time, the stepping motor 130 is excited before the start of the rotation of the supply roller 92, and when the rotating time of the supply roller 92 is equal to or longer than the prescribed value, the stepping motor 130 is excited during the start of the rotation of the supply roller 92. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
