<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device for vehicles capable of securing surrounding feeling regardless of the difference in a boarding position, by adjusting the delay time of the sound in a center speaker corresponding to the boarding position. <P>SOLUTION: There are a speaker unit 32 for two rows of sheets arranged in front and back, and a sound source 24 for outputting a stereo sound signal to the speaker unit 32. The speaker unit 32 is composed of side speakers 27, 28 provided in regions of both the left and right sides of a relative front row sheet, and a center speaker 29 provided in the center region in the vehicle widthwise direction of the relative front row sheet. Between the sound source 24 and the center speaker 29, a monaural sound generation means is provided for generating a monaural sound signal from the stereo sound signal.
