<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink which does not cause the problem of curling of a cellulose-containing recording medium and can cope with high-resolution image recording while maintaining good responsiveness during discharging at a high driving frequency and good startup properties at a high level. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording ink comprises water, a coloring material, 8-40 mass% compound of formula (I), and 5-30 mass% predetermined water-soluble substance, and the ratio (A/B) of the mass (A) of the compound of formula (I) to the mass (B) of the predetermined water-soluble substance is 1/3 to 7/1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
