PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting plate mounting structure of a luminaire capable of electrically connecting a luminaire body to a reflecting plate through a fixing screw without adding a dedicated component nor adding a dedicated member to the fixing screw, and of preventing looseness of the fixing screw. SOLUTION: This reflecting plate mounting structure is composed of: the luminaire body 1 formed of a conductor; the reflecting plate 2 formed of a conductor with an insulating coating formed on a surface thereof, and mounted to the luminaire body 1; and the fixing screw 3 formed of a conductor for fixing the reflecting plate 2 to the luminaire body 1. A projecting part 2b projecting to the fixing screw 3 side is formed in a peripheral part of an insertion hole 2a of the reflecting plate 2. On a screw heat part 3a of the fixing screw 3, a plurality of engagement projecting parts 3b extending from the center side to the circumferential side in an arc-like form are arranged on a peripheral part of a surface on the reflecting plate 2 side at certain intervals in the circumferential direction, and the cross-sectional shape of each engagement projecting part 3b in the rotating direction of the fixing screw 3 is formed such that the projecting amount to the projecting part 2b side is gradually reduced toward the direction for tightening the fixing screw 3.
