摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state monitoring device of a battery pack capable of simply taking insulation between a battery pack side of a high voltage and a low voltage side even when performing a plurality of processing regarding monitoring of the state of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack 10 is composed as a serial connection body of a plurality of secondary batteries (potential cell B11-Bnm). The state monitoring device 20 comprises monitoring units U1-Un for monitoring the state of a block by regarding battery cells Bi1-Bim (i=1 to n) m(≥2) battery cells by m(≥2) battery cells as the block. Each monitoring unit U1-Un comprises: a clock terminal T1 for taking in a clock signal CLK; a clock output terminal T2 for outputting to convert the clock signal CLK into a current; an input terminal T3 for taking in an output signal of an adjacent monitoring unit; and an output terminal T4 for outputting an output signal. The monitoring unit Ui monitors overcharging abnormality and over-discharging abnormality of the battery cells Bi1-Bim in response to a logic value of the clock signal CLK.
