PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for arranging a blindfold material superior in the whole appearance. SOLUTION: A blindfold material 1 has an opening 12 opened in the longitudinal direction on both longitudinal side surfaces 11, and is constituted to be fixed to a column material, by locking a fixing member 5 on a locking part 14, by forming the locking part 14 in the opening 12. This blindfold material arranging structure has the blindfold material 1 of fixing one of the longitudinal side surfaces 11 to the surface side of the column material and the blindfold material 1 of fixing the other of the longitudinal side surfaces 11 to the reverse side of the column material.
