PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device of an internal combustion engine capable of favorably restraining even the transmission of vibration characteristics which largely different from vibration characteristics in driving the engine. SOLUTION: This suspension device 10 to support the internal combustion engine to a vehicle body through a bracket 110 is provided with a guide 13, a slider 16 and a stopper 17 as a restricted state changing means to carry out the restriction and release of the restriction of the relative movement of the internal combustion engine against a side member 1 of the vehicle body. An ECU 200 controls an OCV 210 according to the vibration generating state of the internal combustion engine and changes the working state of the restricted state changing means by changing the hydraulic pressure of an oil cell 18 in the guide 13.
