The device has an outlet opening (3) closeable with a tank screw tap (1) to a delivery hole that is closeable with a device screw tap (2). The tank screw tap and the device screw tap are attached together with respective outer sides (5, 6) of the taps. An edge area of the outlet opening and the delivery hole carries seals (7, 8), where the seals are formed as concave on an inner side of the seals with a radius, which corresponds to the half diameter of the screw taps.
