COMMUNICATION SYSTEM ON PUBLIC LINE FOR PERFORMING ACCESS RESTRICTION, TERMINAL CONNECTION APPARATUS, AND SERVER CONNECTION RESTRICTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving security of data and clarifying one's responsibility on the security of the data through the contrivance that people having no relationship with an application cannot view it to limit the accessible people to the application.

SOLUTION: A terminal connection apparatus 12 transmits a service permitted for a user A to a server connection restriction apparatus 20, and the server connection restriction apparatus 20 permits connection of only the service port of a server for providing the service permitted for the user A. Accessing is restricted for each service by executing tunneling not only between LANs but also for each service provided by servers.
