<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite article having improved adhesion in the intersurface between a polyurethane layer and a polyester gel coat layer, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The composite article comprises an unsaturated polyester resin gel coat, at least one sprayable polyurethane urea layer, and an unsaturated polyester resin layer containing a chopped glass fiber.
