PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of simultaneously conditioning air in two or more spaces separated from each other. SOLUTION: The wall face installation type indoor unit 1 for the air conditioner for conditioning air in a left room S1 and a right room S2 partitioned by a wall DS has an indoor unit casing 4 and a double suction sirocco fan 11. The indoor unit casing 4 is installed for the wall DS and has a left suction port 41c opening for the left room S1, a left upper stage blow-out port 41u and a left lower stage blow-out port 41d, a right suction port 42c opening for the right room S2, a right upper stage blow-out port 42u and a right lower stage blow-out port 42d. The double suction sirocco fan 11 is provided in the indoor unit casing 4 at a position where the left suction port 41c and/or the right suction port 42c forms negative pressure and the left upper stage blow-out port 41u, the left lower stage blow-out port 41d and/or the right upper stage blow-out port 42u, the right lower stage blow-out port 42d forms positive pressure by rotation driving.
