摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing cold forged components having excellent strength and ductility in combination. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cold forged components comprises subjecting a steel material consisting of an alloy element which contains 0.11 to 0.30% C,≤0.6% Si, 0.1 to 1.80% Mn,≤0.03% P,≤0.03% S,≤0.3% Ni,≤1.0% Cr,≤0.3% Mo, 0.01 to 0.06% Al,≤0.007% N, 0.05 to 0.3% V,≤0.1% Nb, and≤0.1% Ti, and consists of the balance Fe and inevitable impurities and in which the alloy element satisfies expression: 0.55≤[C]+0.195[Si]+0.22[Mn]+0.11[Ni]+0.196[Cr]+0.21[Mo]+0.1[V]+1.19[Nb]+0.2[Ti]≤0.8 to cold forging, then to normalizing/tempering.
