PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make position relation of an optical pickup and a spindle motor correct surely. SOLUTION: A spacer 40 is arranged a base plate 27 and a motor plate 29. A screw hole is formed at the base plate 27. An engaging hole 29a of which the diameter is larger than an engaging boss 40b is formed at the motor plate 29. An engaging part 40a is formed at the spacer 40. An engaging boss 40b is formed at the engaging part 40a. An insertion hole is formed through linking with the engaging part 40a and the engaging boss 40b. A first stage hole 40d of the insertion hole is formed with larger diameter than a diameter of a screw part of an attachment screw 41 and smaller diameter than a taper part 41b. Two slits are formed at the engaging boss 40b. The attachment screw 41 is constituted of the screw part, the taper part 41b. and a head part 41c. When the screw part is engaged to the screw hole, the taper part 41b is inserted into the first stage hole 40d, the engaging boss 40b is spread to left and right, a gap between the engaging boss 40 and the motor plate 29 is eliminated.
