A switching plate filters and stabilizes current from a power supply and supplies to the solenoid. The impeller has a spindle (21), which is guided by the bearings and has a magnet (23) facing the solenoid. The magnet and the impeller are shifted into a rotating movement. A display (22) is fastened at the impeller and has coils (224, 225), where the current of the plate flows to the coil (224). The coil (225) produces an induced current, which is supplied to the display.
