The invention relates to electronics engineering, in particular to super-capacitors forming that operate in accordance with principle charge -discharge of double electric layer. A super-capacitor consists of two electrodes divided by a separator. Electrodes are made of activated carbon material, in which erbium is injected. Electrodes are placed in electrolyte solution. The proposed method for erbium injection allows increasing volume efficiency, decreasing inner resistance and increasing charge -discharge cycles number.
