PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish enhancement SMD responding and product characteristic in a vibrator assembled to a movement body communication equipment such as a cellular phone and PDA and informing arrival of the mail by vibrating a panel and a box body such as a telephone. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit part 12 formed by a top plate 4, a magnet 3 and a yoke 2 and a ring-like weight 9 fixed to an outer periphery of the yoke 2 are elastically supported on an annular frame 6 fixed to a substrate by a suspension A7 and a suspension B10. A coil 8 is fixed to the substrate 5 and is facing to a magnetic gap g, i.e., a clearance of the yoke 2 and the top plate 4. A plurality of cylindrical projection parts 13a having a semi-spherical end are formed on one surface of a cushion 13 as an impact absorbing material comprising an annular silicone rubber.
