PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degradation in measurement precision due to local pressure change, stress change due to bend, and temperature change. SOLUTION: An optical fiber 13 and an irradiation means which extend into a longitudinal direction of a sheath 11 are placed in an inner space of a cylinder-shape probe sheath 11. Then, space between the probe sheath 11, the optical fiber 13, and the irradiation means is divided by a dividing member 19 into an optical path area R1 and a non-optical path area R2, and a liquid layer 12 is formed in the non-optical path area R2.
