<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure head such as a printer head in which a high-quality latent image can be formed on a photoreceptor and its manufacturing method, a light-receiving head which can be applied as a line sensor used in a scanner, etc. and a manufacturing method thereof, an image formation apparatus such as a printer or a scanner, and a duplicating apparatus such as a copy machine or an electronic device such as a facsimile. <P>SOLUTION: The exposure head has a substrate, a line head having a plurality of light sources arranged on a first surface of the substrate along the length direction of the substrate, and a light condensing system which includes a plurality of micro-lenses into which the light source light emitted from the light sources enter, wherein the system is disposed in a second surface of the substrate opposed to the first surface and condenses the incident light. The manufacturing method of the exposure head includes a first step of forming a plurality of recessed portions, which define lens curved surfaces in lens formation regions of the second surface, by engraving the substrate from the second surface side and a second step of filling the plurality of recessed portions with a transparent resin and then forming the plurality of micro-lenses by curing the filled transparent resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
