PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of states to manage by aggregating multiplexed information in a communication device which mutually communicate between a plurality of radio stations. SOLUTION: The communication device 100 which multiplexes information, and asynchronously and directly communicate with other communication devices in a radio network comprises: a radio transmission section 106 for transmitting radio data; a radio reception section 108 for receiving the radio data; and a central control section 102 for controlling transmission operation of the radio data at the transmission section and reception operation of the radio data at the reception section. Further, it is characterized in that the central control section 102 establishes a rule and executes processing assuming that n-1 or less kinds of information is received when n-kinds (n is 2 or more integral number) of the multiplexed information is received at the radio reception section 108, and establishes a rule and executes processing assuming that n-1 or less kinds of information is received when n-kinds (n is 2 or more integral number) of the multiplexed information is received at the radio transmission section 106.
