PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment with simple structure for ensuring acoustic performance such as an excellent output sound pressure and relaxing constraints on the design and the shape. SOLUTION: A receiver 100 of the electronic equipment includes: a first casing 11 formed with a sound hole 13; a second casing 12 coupled to the first casing 11 and forming a box shaped frame together with the first casing 11; a flat plate shaped panel 14 for covering the outside of the sound hole 13 and fitted while forming a space 19 between the panel 14 and a surrounding part of the sound hole 13 of the first casing 11; and an electromechanical acoustic transducer 10 arranged inside the first and second casings 11, 12 and emitting sound in accordance with a supplied electric signal, and the receiver 100 is configured such that the sound emitted from the electromechanical acoustic transducer 10 is delivered to the space 19 via the sound hole 13 in a way that the panel 14 can be vibrated.
