PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete chipping apparatus which inexpensively carries out chipping of a concrete surface. SOLUTION: The concrete chipping apparatus a2 is mounted on a front end of an operating arm a1 of a hydraulic excavator A, and driven by the power of the hydraulic excavator A to carry out chipping, i.e. formation of asperities in the concrete surface, by cutting the concrete surface. The concrete chipping apparatus is formed of a compaction machine 10 detachably mounted on the front end of the operating arm a1 of the hydraulic excavator A, and having a rolling surface 11 for oscillation upon driving; and a cutting element support body 20 which has mounted thereon a plurality of cutting element rows 23-1, 23-2 which are each formed of bush hammers 21, button bits, or cross bits for cutting the concrete surface, and is detachably mounted on the rolling surface 11.
