PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make regeneration operation preventable, and to make a circuit scale small. SOLUTION: This switching control circuit, which controls the on/off of first and second transistors of a DC-DC converter that generates an output voltage of a target level from an input voltage inputted into the first transistor by complementarily switching on and off the first and second transistors connected in series, is provided with an error amplification circuit that outputs an error voltage obtained by amplifying an error between a lower voltage of a first reference voltage that increases with the lapse of time and a second reference voltage which becomes a reference to the target level and a feedback voltage according to the output voltage, a comparison circuit that outputs a comparison signal of the feedback voltage with the error voltage outputted from the error amplification circuit, and a drive circuit that outputs first and second control signals which control each of the first and second transistors to make the output voltage attain the target level by switching on and off the first and second transistors complementarily after the error voltage exceeds the feedback voltage, based on the comparison signal outputted from the comparison circuit.
