A method for constructing a database of an embroidery pattern by using a computer network, and a data transaction system thereof are provided to change pattern data into a database easily by the computer network and to access and use an embroidery pattern database easily by paying a regular price. A data transaction system for a method for constructing an embroidery pattern by using a computer network comprises a system server(10), a pattern database server(20), a pattern provider client(40), and a pattern user client(50). The system server is used to receive and change pattern data into a database and to provide the pattern data to the permitted pattern user client. The pattern database server is interlocked with the system server to divide and memorize the pattern data. The pattern provider client is connected with the system server by a network(30) to transfer the pattern data of the system server by a pattern provider. The pattern user client is connected with the system server by the network to receive the pattern data by a pattern user. The method for constructing the embroidery pattern by using a computer network includes a step of registering the pattern data by the pattern provider client inside a selected pattern division. |
