A method for manufacturing ceramic cooking utensils is provided to produce cooking utensils capable of cooking food rapidly and evenly because heat deeply penetrates into food by an action of far infrared rays and anions emitted from germanium and elvan. A method for manufacturing ceramic cooking utensils includes the steps of: blending, grinding, and kneading raw materials for pottery according to a general manufacturing method of pottery; molding the dough into a cooking utensil; drying and firing the cooking utensil; glazing the fired cooking utensil; firing the glazed cooking utensil to obtain a ceramic cooking tensile; mixing a mixed powder(6-8mesh) of germanium and elvan with a lead-free frit, an adhesive, and water to obtain a glaze, and coating the inner bottom of the ceramic cooking utensil with the glaze; and firing the ceramic cooking utensil.
