A method for removing redundancy of resources by sharing a memory of a mobile terminal modem chip set and a multimedia-dedicated chip set is provided to maximize efficiency and stability of a flash memory by effectively accessing the flash memory. Through mutual exclusion of a NAND flash memory, when the flash memory is used by a mobile terminal, the use of the memory by a multimedia chip set is restrained, and when the flash memory is used by the multimedia chip set, the use of the flash memory by the mobile terminal is restrained. The NAND flash memory is used by directly interworking with the multimedia chip set, and the authority to use is exchanged through access modules attached on the modem chip set and the multimedia chip set of the mobile terminal. A control module is placed between the modem chip set and the multimedia chip set of the mobile terminal to control the use of the NAND flash memory.
