<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten temperature-raising time of a line of cooling water at startup, by executing antifreeze treatment of a water tank and a piping, and curtailing construction work part of an antifreeze heater. <P>SOLUTION: The water tank 27 is connected to a cooling part 20 of the solid polymer fuel cell 17 with a pure water pump 29, and a pure-water circulation line 26 is formed so as to return pure water 28 from the cooling part 20 back to the water tank 27. A line 48 for circulating hot water 49 through is provided inside a generating unit 25 including the fuel cell 17 and a pure water circulation line 26, and a part of the line 48 is made to pass through a hot-water tank 43 and a radiator 44 outside the unit 25. The hot water circulation line 48 is made provided with a heat exchanger 47 with cathode offgas, and a heat exchanger 32 with the pure water 28 to be returned to the water tank 27. Check valves 52, 53 are provided at an upstream side of the heat exchanger 47 of the hot water circulation line 48 and a downstream side of the heat exchanger 32, so that, when the hot water circulation line 48 is stopped, movement of hot water between the check valves 52, 53 is to be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
