PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microflow device and a method for the concentration and dissolution of cells or viruses and method for producing the microflow device.

SOLUTION: The microflow device for the concentration and dissolution of cells or viruses is provided with an ion exchange membrane, an anodic electrode positioned at the side of one surface of the ion exchange membrane interposing an arbitrary distance from the ion exchange membrane, a cathodic electrode positioned at the side of the other surface of the ion exchange membrane interposing an arbitrary distance from the ion exchange membrane, and a capturing member placed between the ion exchange membrane and the cathodic electrode to capture the cells or viruses. Cells or viruses are effectively concentrated and dissolved in one chamber by the use of the microflow device.
