<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydro-electric power generation planning method and a hydro-electric power generation planning device for planning optimal power the generation of a hydro-electric power station automatically. <P>SOLUTION: A method for planning hydro-electric power generation comprises steps (S2, S4, S6 and S7) for determining the operating day of a generator based on the pondage of a reservoir and an expected inflow, a step (S8) for calculating a power generation time based on an average water intake quantity per day obtained from the pondage of the reservoir during a predetermined period and the annual scheduled pondage of the reservoir and calculating the power generation time from the quantity of water used for power generation, and a step (S9) for determining the operating time of the generator based on the power generation time calculated at the step S8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
