PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality image without major image deterioration due to cracks of the image at a time of through or in imaging a moving image. SOLUTION: Cracks are detected in all pixels to set a crack level for each pixel, and the cracks are sorted in a descending order of the crack level (S1, S2). An address of the pixel whose crack level is Level 1 or higher is unconditionally stored as crack information (S3-S7). Regarding an address of the pixel whose crack level is Level 1 or lower, and which is Level 2 or higher (Level 2 is also a low level), an address of the pixel which never be a thinning out target at a time of through or in imaging the moving image is preferentially stored (S8-S12). Regarding an address of the pixel whose crack level is lower than Level 2, the address is stored in the descending order of the crack level regardless of whether or not the image is the thinning-out target at a time of through or in imaging the moving image (S13, S14).
