PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to mount necessary drive circuits by mounting drive circuits of a refrigerator on a substrate at high density. SOLUTION: A sub substrate 12 on which a motor drive circuit is mounted is erected on a main substrate 11 for a refrigerator, on which a control circuit is mounted, so that the drive circuit which occupies the main substrate 11 in a conventional method is three-dimensionally formed.
