PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be operated accurately when a reproduction is restarted after the reproduction is interrupted. SOLUTION: The device has an interruption indicating part indicating interruption of reproduction of contents of a disk, an interruption position information holding part holding interruption position information being an interruption position of the disk when interruption indication is performed from the interruption indication part, a reproduction restart indicating part performing reproduction restart indication after interruption, an interruption position reading control part reading the prescribed management pack of the interruption position based on the interruption position information when the reproduction restart indication is performed, a synchronism information reference part referencing synchronism information included in the management information pack, a specified pack take-in processing control part taking in a specified pack from a position preceding to the interruption position referencing the synchronism information, and a reproduction processing part reproducing data in the specified pack after the specified pack is taken in, while executing reproduction of the data in the pack from the interruption position.
