A protecting film for an electronic device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the defects of an inorganic protecting layer, and protect the electric device from the outside. A protecting film for an electronic device includes a porous substance layer(220) and an inorganic protecting layer(230). The porous substance layer(220) is formed to cover the electronic device. The inorganic protecting layer(230) is formed on the porous substance layer(220). At least one of the porous substance layer(220) and the inorganic protecting layer(230) are alternatively stacked on the inorganic protecting layer(230). The electronic device is an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) having an anode, a light emitting layer, and a cathode.
