PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID privacy protective system having resistance against leakage of a database.

SOLUTION: A reader device RA120 reads a privacy ID (hereinafter referred to as privacy ID) proper to a radio tag from the tag TX160. The reader device RA120 requests decoding of the privacy ID by transmitting an ID (hereinafter referred to as reader ID) proper to its reader device RA120 to a security server 100. The security server 100 generates a tag ID by decoding the privacy ID, and sends back a sending-back result (hereinafter referred to as sending-back ID) different for every combination of the tag ID and the reader ID. The reader device RA120 protects ID privacy by updating the database DBA224 being a purchase history server, by using this sending-back ID.
