PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor so that an electric connection between a piezoelectric element and a circuit substrate is not broken, when an ultrasonic vibrator is pushed in. SOLUTION: A connection pin 15 is not connected directly to the circuit substrate 20 but is connected to the circuit substrate 20 via an insert pin 21. Even when the connection pin 15 is pushed in by the ultrasonic vibrator 10's being pushed from outside, a stress generated at that time can be absorbed by the insert pin 21, thereby.
