摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser diode array which can arrange a spacing of emitting point of semiconductor laser diode in a narrow manner, and is simple in electrode construction. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser diode array comprises: a lower substrate 110; a first oscillation portion 120 provided in the lower substrate; a lower semiconductor laser diode chip 100 with a dual construction which has a second oscillation portion 140 provided to be separated from the first oscillation portion in the lower substrate; an upper substrate; a third oscillation portion 220 provided in the upper substrate 210; an upper semiconductor laser diode chip 200 with the dual construction which has a fourth oscillation portion 240 provided to be separated from the third oscillation portion in the upper substrate; and electrodes P1, P2, P3, and P4 which electrically connect the first electrode to the fourth electrode 120, 140, 220, and 240 with exterior, respectively. Furthermore, the first oscillation portion and the third oscillation portion are bonded perpendicularly, and the second oscillation portion and the fourth oscillation portion are bonded perpendicularly so that a first to a fourth emitting points from which laser beams of the first to the fourth oscillation portions are emitted may be arranged in 2 dimensions.
