PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing the discharge of static electricity, a manufacturing method for a static eliminator, an assembling method for a pneumatic tire and a static eliminating method. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is provided with a static eliminator 2 charged with static electricity by contacting with the pneumatic tire 1 when the pneumatic tire 1 is rotated on a road surface 100 to the same polarity as the electric polarity of the pneumatic tire 1 charged by the rotation of the pneumatic tire 1 on the road surface 100. When the pneumatic tire 1 is rotated on the road surface 100, the electric polarity of the pneumatic tire 1 charged by the road surface 100 and the electric polarity of the pneumatic tire 1 charged by the static eliminator 2 are different. Accordingly, the static electricity generated on the pneumatic tire 1 is neutralized by the static electricity generated on the static eliminator 2 and the tire is suppressed from being charged.
