PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in machining the vertically deformed shape, corner control cannot be conducted, so that the machining accuracy of the corner part is deteriorated. SOLUTION: Either a main program surface or a sub-program surface is selected (S1). When an NC program is implemented (S2), a preset value is read (S3). It is determined whether the next corners of the respective machining shapes of the main program surface and the sub-program surface are edges or circular arcs (S4). The determined machining shape of the connecting part is compared with information on a preset value (S5). When the machining shape of the selected program surface is connected by the edge, the feed speed is set to 0 at the corner, and the frequency of discharge is made longer to lower the pressure of a jet of a working fluid. When the machining shape of the selected program surface is connected by a circular arc, on reaching the corner, the feed speed is gradually decreased and the frequency of discharge is lowered to reduce the pressure of the jet of the working fluid (S6).
