A voltage pumping circuit of an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is provided to reduce current consumption according to the supply of an unnecessary pumping voltage by supply a pumping voltage only in a read/write operation of a memory cell in a memory block of the RFID. An analog block outputs an operation command signal by receiving a radio frequency signal. A digital block generates an address and an operation control signal according to the operation command signal applied from the analog block, and outputs a corresponding response signal to the analog block. A memory block generates an internal control signal by receiving the operation control signal, and reads/writes data in a memory cell including a nonvolatile ferroelectric capacitor device according to the internal control signal. The memory block includes a step-pulse pumping part(310) supplying a pumping voltage higher than a power supply voltage to the memory cell during the operation of the memory cell.
