PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which can reduce the number of flooding phenomena and maintaining stable output. SOLUTION: This fuel cell comprises a polymer polyelectrolyte membrane, a pair of conductive, diffusible diffusion layers having the polyelectrolyte membrane between two catalysis layers and a pair of conductive power collectors positioned in a way that it corresponds to the pair of conductive, diffusible diffusion layers. In addition, this fuel cell comprises a channel connected to the catalysis layers so that oxidation agent and fuel can be supplied via the channel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
