PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rat trap having a very simple structure, excellent in operating property, catching property and low cost property, and capable of catching a multiple number of rats continuously by installing one time. SOLUTION: This first rat trap 10 is equipped with an opening part 14, a box body 12 consisting of a transparent material, and a door 16 consisting of the transparent material and closing the opening part 14. The door 16 is attached to the box body 12 so that the door 16 opens to the inside direction of the opening 14 through a hinge 18 as freely rotatable, and stoppers 20, 20 for regulating the opening of the door 16 in the outside direction are installed.
