A rotary method of construction for a bridge deck for guiding the rotation of a bridge deck stably and smoothly comprises the steps of: installing a cable support column(110) to the center of a bridge deck(100); connecting a free end(100a) and a rotary end of the bridge deck with the cable support column using a tension cable; installing a rotating beam downward on the rotary end of the bridge deck; installing a rolling device on the bottom of the rotating beam; and installing a guide rail on the ground to support the rolling movement of a rotary roller of the rolling device within a turning radius of the rotary end of the bridge deck, wherein said rolling device is composed of a roller supporting bracket attached to the rotating beam and one or more rotary rollers installed to the roller supporting bracket by a shaft to be rotatable.
