An electromechanical disk brake using fluid for a vehicle is provided to simplify structure for hydraulic pressure generation and structure for transferring hydraulic pressure to a piston, and to maintain the hydraulic pressure with minimum rotation force when maintaining braking by including a caliper body, a first hydraulic room, a fluid compressing mechanism, a first piston, a brake pad and a driving unit. An electromechanical disk brake device using fluid for a vehicle comprises a caliper body(19), a first hydraulic room(11), a fluid compressing mechanism(13), a first piston(14), a brake pad(15) and a driving unit. The first hydraulic room is included in the caliper body. The fluid compressing mechanism is included in the caliper body, connected to the first hydraulic room and generates hydraulic pressure in the first hydraulic room. The first piston is driven by the hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic room, and installed in the caliper body so as to be linearly moved inside the caliper body. The brake pad is compressed by the first piston, controls braking by the hydraulic pressure, and is installed so as to be linearly moved in an axial direction of a brake disk(16). The driving unit is installed in one side of the fluid compressing mechanism and drives the fluid compressing mechanism.
