PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal noise measuring apparatus constituted in such a way as to be relatively easily installed in a cabin and record abnormal noise which occurs in the cabin in a form matching the senses of hearing of vehicle occupants. SOLUTION: The abnormal noise measuring apparatus for automobiles for measuring abnormal noise in the automobile cabin comprises a base 3; a supporting member (a microphone stay 15) arranged on the base; and a microphone 1 supported at the supporting member. The base has a member (a rod engaging member 14) for connecting to stay rods 12 of a headrest 4 which is freely attached to and removed from a backrest 18 and is held between the backrest and the headrest.
