ELECTROSTATIC ATOMIZATION DEVICE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomization device which has a cap type tightly closed frame body covering a Peltier unit provided to produce dew condensation water for atomizing on a discharge electrode to water-proof a circuit part and has high reliability with a short assembling time. SOLUTION: A discharge electrode 4 is press-fitted into a through hole 22 and a tightly closed frame body 17 covers the Peltier module 1 in this state to house a cooling side heat transfer part 2 and a circuit part 9 in the tightly closed frame body 17. A thermosetting adhesive 30 having high heat conductivity is inserted between the discharge electrode 4 and the cooling side heat transfer part 2 and a thermosetting adhesive 31 having low heat conductivity is inserted between the tightly closed frame body 17 and the cooling side heat transfer part 2 and both thermosetting adhesives 30 and 31 are hardened by post-heating to simultaneously form a heat conductive adhesive fixed part 12 and a sealing fixed part 24.
