A camera module and a portable terminal with the same are provided to solve dust inflow through the gap between a through hole and a boss pin wherein the dust fatally influences on the camera module. A camera module includes a lens assembly(415), a lens holder(413), and a substrate(411). The lens holder(413) is coupled to the lens assembly(415). The substrate(411) is provided with a groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of a bottom surface of the lens holder(413) such that the lens holder(413) is coupled to the substrate(411). The camera module includes an image sensor and an image signal processor formed on the image sensor. At least one fillet is formed on the side surface of the lens holder(413).
