A method for manufacturing a low temperature plasticity ceramic LIM capacitor is provided to reduce the processing error due to the dispersion of the pattern beam and the green sheet by printing the secondary metal pattern as the real size. A method for manufacturing a low temperature plasticity ceramic LIM capacitor includes the steps of: processing a via hole to connect a multi-layer circuit to a green sheet which is laminated on the green sheet which has a metal surface(31); printing a conductor for the electric connection on the processed via hole(32); forming a single-layer capacitor on the via hole conductor printed green sheet; and laminating the single-layer capacitor(34).
