A system for controlling a remote device and a controlling method thereof are provided to cope with various situations by allowing a control server to perform a voice calling function through CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access), and a mobile communication network. A system for controlling a remote device includes a user client(100), a control server(200), and a remote server(300). The user client(100) generates command data to collect and control information of the remote device. The control server(200) receives the command data, and provides the command data with a voice calling function by using CDMA, TDMA, and a mobile communication network. The remote server(300) receives the provided and transmitted command data, and collects and controls the information of the corresponding device.
