A permanent rod having a functional material received therein is provided to heat the rod with electric heat, and to enable a user to see whether a functional material is included from the outside of the rod. A permanent rod having a functional material received therein is formed to have a hollow portion(32) at the inside thereof in an axial direction to constitute a pipe body(30). One end of the pipe body(30) is open, and insertion portions(40) having grooves(42) are formed on the both ends of the pipe body(30). The pipe body(30) has a radial shape. A partition dividing the hollow portion(32) in a longitudinal direction of the pipe body(30) is integrally formed in the pipe body. A functional material emitting far infrared ray and anion is received into the hollow portion(32). |
