An organic light emitting display device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an OLED transferring apparatus are provided to prevent a UV(Ultra-Violet) ray from affecting a semiconductor layer by forming an opaque layer on a substrate. A substrate(110) has upper and lower surfaces. A buffer layer(120) is formed on the upper surface of the substrate. A gate insulation film(140) is formed on an upper surface of the semiconductor layer. A gate electrode(150) is formed on an upper surface of the gate insulation film. An interlayer dielectric(160) is formed on an upper surface of the gate electrode. Source/drain electrodes(170) are formed on an upper surface of the interlayer dielectric. An insulation film(180) is formed on an upper surface of the source/drain electrode. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device)(190) is formed on an upper surface of the insulation film. An opaque layer(210) is formed on the lower surface of the substrate.
