A cosmetic brush structure is provided to prevent a brush hair from being removed from the brush body, by connecting a lower threaded part of a supporting bar to a junction solidly. A cosmetic brush structure comprises: a cap(10); a brush bar(11), having a connection hole, and vertically arranged in the central inside of the cap(10); a hair bundle(20), made out of a synthetic resin; and a supporting bar, having a lower threaded part, and inserted into the connection hole of the brush bar(11), wherein an upper part of the hair bundle(20) is heated and fused so as to form a junction, into which the lower threaded part of the supporting bar is inserted, so that the supporting bar is inserted into the connection hole of the brush bar(11).
